Effective 26 August 2026
Demo Terms
These terms govern your access to and use of the Natiq research preview operated by Mithal (the “Demo”). By requesting access or using the Demo, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and preview access
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and may be invitation-only. Do not share sign-in links or account access. Mithal may set usage limits, change available features, suspend access, or end the Demo at any time.
2. Your content and voice permissions
You retain any rights you have in text, audio, voice samples, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You grant Mithal and its service providers a limited licence to host, copy, transmit, process, and create technical derivatives of User Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Demo in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you own User Content or have every permission necessary to submit and process it. In particular, you must have the speaker’s explicit permission before uploading, cloning, or generating with their voice. Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive material unless it is necessary and you are authorised to do so.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, exploit, or violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights.
- Do not create or distribute non-consensual voice clones, misleading synthetic media, unlawful content, or content that facilitates harm.
- Do not evade access or usage limits, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected components, or allow unauthorised access.
- Do not resell or provide the Demo as a production service unless Mithal agrees in writing.
4. Outputs and responsible review
The Demo uses experimental machine-learning systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, incomplete, or similar to outputs received by others. Synthetic voices can be mistaken for real speech. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use, label, publish, or distribute them. Do not rely on the Demo for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions.
5. Ownership
Mithal and its licensors retain all rights in the Demo, models, software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. Subject to applicable law and these terms, you may use outputs for your lawful internal evaluation and approved Demo purposes. Mithal does not promise that an output is unique or that your proposed use will not affect third-party rights.
6. Feedback and model training
If you provide feedback, you allow Mithal to use it without restriction or payment to improve its products and research. Mithal will not use your private User Content to train general-purpose models without separate notice and any consent required by law.
7. Availability and changes
The Demo is a preview, not a production service. It may be unavailable, slow, changed, or discontinued without notice. Features, presets, outputs, and stored history may change or be removed. You should keep your own copy of anything important.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Demo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mithal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the Demo. Mithal’s total liability relating to the Demo will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Demo in the previous three months or AED 500. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Demo at any time. Mithal may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, misuse, legal requirements, inactivity, or the end of the preview. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE. We may update these terms as the Demo evolves; material changes will apply after reasonable notice where required.
12. Language and contact
The English and Arabic versions are intended to communicate the same terms. If they conflict, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be sent to team@mithal.ai.
